“He Is With You Always!”(Mt. 28:16-20).
In this week of the Holy Trinity we are reminded that the message of the gospel comes from Jesus Christ as he passes it on, on the grounds of the authority which his Father has given him. The assignment is the discipling of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Trinity. The third commission which is as important like the first two is to teach the disciples all that the Lord has commanded. The great commission is the discipling of the nations, baptizing of nations and to engage in teaching the won souls the commands of the Lord.
Christianity came to be nationalized on this grounds. In as much as salvation is personal, without baptizing the institutions of a nation, the won souls would be lost in the crowd, and may achieve nothing.
The Lord Jesus Christ foresaw this great challenge which may kill the spirit of the few that have been won. So he gives the blessed assurance: “And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Yes, until the world comes to an end, he is with you always! Dear friend, what is that challenge you are facing now? Bring it to Jesus. Whatever the challenge, there is an expiring date for it in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ!
Prayer: Lord Jesus Christ remind me always through the Holy Spirit that you are always by us. Amen!
Have a blessed day! Peace be with you!
